Occupational therapist roles in assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, promotion and prevention for children and adolescence in healthy condition or with a disability according to developmentally delayed, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, autism, and other neuromuscular diseases. Application of occupational therapy interventions to enhance occupational performance and wellness in self-care, work/education, leisure, and rest. Professional ethics. Clinical reasoning and practical skill development in selection of assessment, neuro-development, sensory, behavioral, perceptual/cognitive, psychosocial and physical intervention strategies. Service delivery models and partnerships including family and community members of the clients.
