Human Performance and Balance

Research Overview

Human Performance and Balance is dedicated to the biomechanical investigation of human sports, balance, and physical activities. Our research focuses on prevention and rehabilitation of movement impairment syndrome such as balance disorder and knee problem including ACL injuries and osteoarthritis. Moreover, improving sport performance and preventing lower extremity injury are focused as well. Using of art technology can study both normal and abnormal human movement related to the kinematics, kinetics, and muscle activities. Our researches aim to contribute to investigate the risk of orthopedic injuries and to the development of effective rehabilitation.
