Biomechanics and Sports (BaS)

  1. Research Overview
  2. Biomechanics and Sports are one of the research areas in the Faculty of Physical Therapy. Our lab uses several advanced technology equipment to conduct research studies related to biomechanics in human movements in daily living and sports including walking, stair climbing, squatting, jumping, landing, running, and dancing.

The study of physical therapy assessments and treatments can be explored with kinetic and kinematic parameters. Biomechanical parameters will help for explaining the effectiveness. The findings will be applied to clinical practices.
