Master of Science Program in Physical Therapy

Purposes

Plan A (A2)

To make the competent and ethical graduates who are able to perform the following duties.

  1. Having morality, ethics, and professional ethics for research, handling with the academic- and professional-related ethical problems.
  2. Having in-depth knowledge and comprehension regarding physical therapy contexts and being able to scholarly acquire new academic knowledge for effective applications.
  3. Synthesizing physical therapy knowledge and doing research for initiation, solving complex physical therapy problems, and sharing with others.
  4. Having responsibility towards self and others, being a role model, and having academic and research leaderships.
  5. Performing knowledge instruction and academic publication by using appropriate technology.

Plan B

  1. Having morality, ethics, and professional ethics for research, handling with the academic- and professional-related ethical problems.
  2. Having knowledge and comprehension regarding specific physical therapy academic contexts and being able to scholarly acquire in-depth academic knowledge for self-betterment.
  3. Applying specific physical therapy knowledge for initiation and solving complex physical therapy problems.
  4. Having responsibility towards self and others, being a role model, and having academic and professional leaderships.
  5. Performing knowledge instruction and academic publication by using appropriate technology.

Qualifications

Plan A (A2)

  1. Candidate must hold Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or studying in the last semester in Physical Therapy from the university accredited with the Office of the Higher Education Commission.
  2. GPA no less than 2.5 or equivalent.
  3. Exemption from the above conditions could be made according to the consideration of the Head of the Program and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Plan B

  1. Candidate must hold Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. GPA no less than 2.5 or equivalent.
  3. Having experiences in selected specialized-field of physical therapy at least one year.
  4. Having physical therapy license.
  5. Exemption from the above conditions could be made according to the consideration of the Head of the Program and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
